Standard Customs Brokerage

Preparation of Customs Entries for shipments which are subject to import duties and/or excise taxes.

Special Processing

For those shipments which are exempt of Import Duties (DVV) or those shipments that require import permits from the Telecomunications Directorate (DTZ), or an agriculature permit (Santa Rosa), from the Veterinary Services (VET) or Health Department aurhorization (INSPEC). We shall ensure all requirememts are files in a timely fashion in order not to delay the import process of your goods

Temporary Imports

Large scale construction projects, renovations or even a small trade show may create the need to temporarily import equipment, display units or samples. Our customs specialists will take care of all necessary filings. Temporary imports are subject to a deposit equal to the amount that would have been paid for import duties. This deposit is refundable.

Temporary Exports

You may need to send a piece of equipment abroad for repair or upgrade. In these cases we shall register said shipments with the Customs Department in order to avoid the double paying of import duties. In the case of a temporary export, upon return of the repaired or upgraded unit, you will only be liable to pay import duties on the value of the repair or upgrade which was performed.
